On December 28, 2023, the Release of Arbitration Credibility Assessment Report and the third China Arbitration Credibility Forum was held in China University of Political Science and Law. HZAC has awarded the Top 10 Foreign Service Organizations.

As the cornerstone of arbitration system, arbitration credibility reflects the parties' trust and confidence of arbitration and determines the parties' willingness to choose arbitration. The CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to strengthening arbitration credibility. Resolution of the Central Committee of the CPC on Major Issues Concerning the Enhancement of all-round Law-based Governance adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out the need to improve the arbitration system and enhance the credibility of arbitration. The General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued Several Opinions on Improving the Arbitration System to Strengthen the Credibility of Arbitration, which also put forward the specific requirements for institutional improvement of arbitration undertakings.

The assessment reflected the public have a high degree of recognition and satisfaction with the arbitration service of HZAC. HZAC will begin with the end and follow a working principle of "Scalization, Standardization, Intelligentization and Internationalization", to strengthen the credibility of arbitration and to make contributions to building a market-oriented, law-based and internationalized first-class business environment.
