From July 4, 2022, HZAC will be officially relocated to the new office at Block A3 of CECEP Xixi Center. The details are as follows.

I. HZAC is relocated to the new office at Block A3, CECEP Xixi Center, 588 WenYi West Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

II. Starting from July 4, 2022, all the official and case handling work of HZAC headquarters, Hangzhou Arbitration Court of International Trade, Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Interne will be carried out in the new location. The telephone number, fax number and e-mail address will remain unchanged.

III. Starting from July 4, 2022, the services of arbitrable cases related to Hangzhou Arbitration Court of International Trade and Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Internet, including case filing, consultation, hearing and document reception, will be provided in the new offices at Block A3 of CECEP Xixi Center. The time and place of case hearing are subject to further notice by the tribunal secretaries. Please contact the tribunal secretaries for details if necessary.

IV. Apart from Hangzhou Arbitration Court of International Trade and Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Internet, other arbitration courts (including Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Trade, Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Finance, Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Real Estate and Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property), and Hangzhou Arbitration Commission Xiaoshan Sub-Commission will remain in the same address.

Direction for transportation to the new office of HZAC:

Subway: take Metro Line 5 to "Zheda Zijingang" Station, exit by Exit A, walk southward along Chongren Road for 450m before turning right at Zixia Road, then walk 120m and turn left, you will be arriving at CECEP Xixi Center, then go directly to Block A3. 

Bus: take Bus No. 199 or No. 7267M and get off at "Zixia Street and Hongde Road Intersection" station, or take Bus No. 1303M and get off at "Zixia Street and Chongren Road Intersection" station.

Self-driving: Navigate to "Block A3 of CECEP Xixi Center", enter CECEP Xixi Center by the north gate at Zixia Street, park your car in parking area A3 at B1 or B2 basement parking, then go by elevator to the lobby on the ground floor.
