Parties, party representatives and arbitrators may log in the access via official website of HZAC (https://www.hzarbitration.org.cn/) for case filing, handling cases and seeking other arbitration services.

After logging in the access, please read carefully the notices, finish registration and other operations according to tips of the access. Please keep your account and password safe. It is strongly recommended that you change your password after the first login.

In case of any question during case filing, parties and party representatives may call 0571-88395924 to reach Case Filing Hall of HZAC, or call 0571-82660821 to reach Case Filing Hall of HZAC Xiaoshan Sub-Commission for consultation. In case of any problem in using arbitrators case-handling access, arbitrators may contact the tribunal secretary.

HZAC will keep improving the functions of Opening Case Filing Access and Arbitrators Case-handling Access, to provide more refined and user-friendly services and to promote the quality and convenience of arbitration for arbitration users.
