Recently, the 17th China Arbitration and Judicial Forum and the 4th Forum on the Development of Arbitration Institutions in Medium-Sized Cities(2024 Annual Conference of the China Academy of Arbitration Law) were held in Sanmenxia, Henan Province. This event was sponsored by the China Academy of Arbitration Law under the theme of Improving the International Commercial Arbitration System and Enhancing Arbitration Credibility. Bao Li, Deputy Secretary-General of HZAC was invited to attend the forum. The event gathered over 300 representatives from judicial administrative agencies and arbitral institutions from nearly 100 cities nationwide.

Under the topic of New Developments in Judicial Review of Arbitration in the forum, Bao Li analyzed specific arbitration judicial review cases, providing an overview of judicial review of arbitration in Hangzhou and sharing relevant experiences. He emphasized that HZAC will further strengthen communication and collaboration with courts to foster a arbitration-friendly judicial environment.
