To better meet the new requirements of the new era for arbitration work, and to fully leverage arbitration's role in implementing the national strategy for strengthening intellectual property and establishing a comprehensive intellectual property protection framework, HZAC has decided to adjust certain aspects of its domestic intellectual property arbitration service based on its requirements to develop the arbitration business. The details are as follows:

I.Starting from August 26, 2024, all domestic intellectual property arbitration cases that meet HZAC's acceptance criteria will be accepted by the Case Filing Hall and handled by the Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property. This change will not affect intellectual property arbitration cases that have been accepted previously.

III.The Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property handles domestic intellectual property arbitration cases, including but are not limited to arbitration cases involving patent, trademark and copyright contractual disputes, disputes over the rights to new plant varieties, layout designs of integrated circuits, trade secrets, technology, franchise agreements, company name (trade name), special marks, domain names, the pledge of intellectual property rights, and the infringement of intellectual property rights.

IV.Apart from the above-listed commercial arbitration cases handled by the Hangzhou Arbitration Court of Intellectual Property, other commercial arbitration cases will remain to be handled in the same address.

Subway: take Metro Line 5 to Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University Station, exit by Exit A, walk southward along Chongren Road for 450m before turning right at Zixia Road, then walk 120m and turn left, you will be arriving at CECEP Xixi Center, then go directly to Block A3.

Bus: take Bus No. 199 or No. 7267M and get off at "Zixia Street and Hongde Road Intersection" station, or take Bus No. 1303M and get off at "Zixia Street and Chongren Road Intersection" station.
