To implement and fulfill the decision and plan of Central Committee of CPC and State Council on stepping up efforts in training foreign-related legal talents, in accordance with the Notice of Building the Innovative Bases for Collaborative Cultivation of Foreign-related Legal Talents issued by the General Office of Ministry of Education and the Notice of Recommending the Innovative Bases for Collaborative Cultivation of Foreign-related Legal Talents issued by the General Office of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, HZAC has actively supported Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education in the construction of the innovative bases for collaborative cultivation of foreign-related legal talents and signed the agreements of cooperation with Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Being quality-oriented and adopting multiple dimensions, HZAC will collaborate with these universities to cultivate foreign-related legal talents who are well-versed in international laws and rules and have a good command of legal theories and practical skills for foreign affairs, to advance and substantiate basic projects for developing foreign-related rule of law.
