In 2022, the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Justice jointly issued the Notice on the Implementation of the Postgraduate Training Program for LLM Professional Degree (International Arbitration), which named several arbitral institutions with considerable expertise in foreign-related legal services as joint training institutions. HZAC, as one of the joint training institutions named by the Ministry of Justice, has signed the Agreements on the Cultivation of Foreign-related Legal Talents with 8 universities, including China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Sun Yat-sen University, Jilin University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Dalian Maritime University, and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. HZAC will actively explore and improve the training system for foreign-related arbitration talents with international competitiveness, deepen cooperation and exchanges with these universities, making contribution to cultivating high-level talents with international perspectives, fortified ideals and beliefs, and solid theoretical foundation who know well China's national conditions and are well-versed in international rules.
